St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment: A Gateway to Global Opportunities

A Pioneering Legacy

St. Kitts and Nevis proudly hosts the world's longest-running citizenship investment program, leveraging the power of investment to propel the development of the Federation. Renowned for its robust due diligence, the program attracts high-net-worth investors capable of making substantial contributions in exchange for the coveted St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship.

St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment: A Caribbean Jewel

This program stands as a stalwart among Caribbean options, not just for its longevity but for the passport it bestows, providing visa-free travel to 156 countries—second only to Barbados in the Caribbean. As a CARICOM member, St. Kitts and Nevis passport holders enjoy seamless integration with the other 20 member states.

2023 Transformations: Adapting for Excellence

Effective July 27th, 2023

The year 2023 witnessed significant changes in citizenship and residency investment programs, and St. Kitts and Nevis' program was no exception. Embracing a revamped approach, the government introduced the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC), replacing the discounted Sustainable Growth Foundation program. Real estate costs doubled, the resale timeline extended, and a mandatory interview process was implemented. These changes, aimed at attracting qualified applicants, ensure a streamlined yet thorough process.

Advantages of St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship

1. Visa-Free Travel to 157 Countries

Holders of the St. Kitts and Nevis passport gain access to 157 countries, including the Schengen zone, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more. Recent inclusion of Mexico enhances global mobility.

St. Kitts and Nevis citizens enjoy favorable visa reciprocity, allowing them to apply for 10-year multiple-entry B1 Tourist Visas and B2 business visas at any U.S. consulate.

3. Full Residence Status in St. Kitts and Nevis and CARICOM

Obtain the right to live, work, and invest in St. Kitts and Nevis. CARICOM membership extends residence rights to other member nations.

4. No Physical Residency Requirements

As a Commonwealth country since 1983, St. Kitts and Nevis upholds a legal system that ensures stability and transparency.

8. Diversify Investments and Earn Income

Investors benefit from a safe living and investment environment. After seven years, real estate investments become recoverable, presenting opportunities for diversification.
