Rentist residency:
This visa is granted to people who have a regular and permanent income of at least US$ 1,000/month. This income must not be a salary. However, it may originate from any country, excluding Peru. The following groups of people are eligible to apply for a rentista visa in Peru: • A person who receives a pension in his country of origin and wants to retire in Peru. • A person who receives regular and permanent dividends from one or several companies. • A person who has bank assets which generate interests of at least US$ 1,000/month. If you’re married or/and have children, the minimum amount required to apply rises by US$ 500 per dependent person.
Steps to follow
Step 1 - Preliminary Check:

Step 2 - Choose of Investment:

Step 3 - Preparation of documents and sending to the corresponding agency:
We take care of everything: we obtain the criminal record certificates, we fill out and complete the government forms, we certify the documents before a notary, we do the translation and apostille everything (this service has a separate cost), and then we send it to the residence. We present your documents independently and with strict compliance with the requirements, as well as monitoring the progress of the application. Step 4 - Due Diligence check:
Once the residency agency receives all the documents, the applicant's background check begins. In the event that additional documents are required during verification, we will handle those requests.
